"The ads feel totally random"
I usually don’t pay much attention to ads unless they actually relate to what I’m watching, but these just stand out for the wrong reason. There are way too many of them, and most feel completely random. It gets annoying fast.

"Couldn’t Get It Working on My Devices"
I tried watching A&E on both my smart TV and my tablet, and neither one worked right. The app either kept freezing or popped up saying it wasn’t supported?? It might work on a laptop, but that’s not really how I wanted to watch. frustrating

"I expected the search to at least point..."
I expected the search to at least point me in the right direction when looking for a show, but it kept pulling up random results that didn’t seem related. It ended up being frustrating and felt like a waste of time

I remember sitting there trying to cast something and getting more and more annoyed because the support just wasn’t helping. It barely works for me, and the whole experience left me frustrated...

"Ads barely load most of the time"
Pretty much every time I try to watch something, the ad just sits there loading. I'd say it happens like 8 or 9 times out of 10, and I usually end up closing the app because nothing starts.

"Resolution isn’t what I expected"
The resolution has been disappointing so far. It looks blurry most of the time, and I’m a bit confused because the email made it sound like something different or better. Not sure if I’m missing a setting, but the quality just hasn’t been great.

"Provider login is basically a no-go"
I keep trying to sign in with my TV provider and it just never works. At this point, my brain goes straight to “don’t bother” because every attempt ends the same way. Frustrating and makes the app feel useless.

I tried watching a show on aetv.com, but the sound kept cutting in and out the whole time. The volume was jumping all over the place too, which made it really frustrating to follow. I get that tech issues happen, but putting out a viewing experience this bad feels careless. It’s hard to enjoy a show when the basic audio doesn’t even work properly.

"The captions are seriously all over the place"
I keep trying to watch shows on aetv.com, but the closed captions are constantly late, or they just skip parts altogether. It happens over and over, and it makes the whole thing really hard to follow. it’s annoying having to deal with captions that don’t match up again and again. Please fix this already.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried watching something on A&E and it was kind of a mess. The pages were loading super slow, the sign-in thing kept sending me around in circles, and the ads seemed to mess up the video player a bunch of the time. I clicked around for like 20 minutes or so and eventually just gave up. Not a great site, at least from my experience...

"It feels wrong to leave customers hanging"
I ran into an issue with aetv.com and reached out to support a couple of times. I got the automatic reply, but after that, nothing. It’s been days with no actual response, which is really frustrating when all you need is a simple fix. I get that support teams can be busy, but it feels like the right thing to do is at least acknowledge people and follow up. Right now, it seems like nobody is checking the messages.

"Good shows, but not much I can watch from here"
I went on A&E because I was feeling a little nostalgic and wanted to catch up on a couple of shows I used to follow. The site itself loaded fine and looked easy enough to use, so at first I thought it would be a simple watch-and-relax kind of thing.
But after clicking around and searching, I kept running into videos that weren’t available in my country. That was frustrating, mostly because it feels like you’re invited in, then stopped right at the door. It made me realize how much streaming still depends on where you happen to live, even when everything online feels like it should be accessible.
I understand there are licensing and rights issues, but I wish they made the restrictions clearer upfront, before you spend time signing in or looking for specific episodes. For now, the site may be useful for some people, but it doesn’t really work for me where I am

"I jumped on aetv.com just trying to watch..."
I jumped on aetv.com just trying to watch one show live, i got annoyed almost immediately. The stream kept popping up asking me to sign in again, then it would play for a few minutes and freeze like it just gave up.
I checked my provider login and my internet, and both were totally fine, so it definitely felt like the site was the problem. I was ready to just watch and relax, but after fighting with it for a bit, I bailed. Super frustrating.

I mostly use aetv.com when I’m trying to catch a new episode after it airs, and the timing can be irritating. I’ll check thinking it should be up already, but sometimes it’s not there yet, or it pops up much later than I expected.
The site itself is fine overall, so that’s not really my issue. It’s just that when I’m waiting to watch something, I don’t want to keep refreshing or checking back all night. If they could make the uploads more consistent, I mean, that would probably...

"I Was Ready to Watch, but There Wasn’t Much There"
I downloaded it thinking I’d be able to sit down and catch up on full episodes, but once I started browsing, I kept running into clips or limited options instead. I spent more time looking for something complete to watch than actually watching anything. It was disappointing because I was expecting full episodes, and there just weren’t many available.

"Streaming is basically unwatchable for me"
I tried watching a couple shows on aetv.com and the streaming was rough. It kept buffering every few minutes, and then the picture would randomly turn super blurry even though I wasn’t doing anything different.
My internet works fine on Netflix and YouTube, so I’m sure it has to be the site, unless somehow A&E just needs way more internet than everything else, which doesn’t really make sense. I refreshed the page a bunch of times and still couldn’t get through one episode. Really annoying.
